This Contract is between Jaime Waterhouse and the following person or persons who is listed above as buyer. I certify that on buyer took possession of the following dog.

This dog as stated above is in sound health and free from any communicable diseases at the time of sale. It has been checked by a veterinarian and found to be healthy as stated on signed accompanying health certificate and is sound to ship. Seller allows buyer 72 hours to obtain a health exam by a veterinarian of their choice at the buyers expense. In the event a health problem should be discovered, Seller will accept return of said dog at the buyers expense and a full purchase price of said dog will be given on the return of said dog. If the buyer is not satisfied with the quality of said dog as was represented by the seller- seller must be contacted immediately and arrangements made to return said dog at buyers expense. Full purchase price will be refunded to buyer upon return of said dog.
This dog has received the following vaccinations:- Health certificate enclosed. In the event that a genetic defect is found (hip dysplasia, heart murmur, etc.) in the first year from the date of sale the dog will be replaced. This must be determined by a veterinarian and a written statement from the vet verifying the condition must be supplied to the seller at the buyers expense. Replacement will be made as soon as a dog of equal or better quality is available. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and transport costs.
